We are pleased to announce we have added two separate services that can be utilized by non-profit’s who only need part of our turn key auction production services. Cashiering and Solicitation are now available as “a la carte” services.

Cashiering gives our clients our custom bid sheets and our barcode stickers. For the event, The Gavel Group will bring four employees; Two employees to manage the computer system and print the invoices, one individual to manage the volunteers who run invoices, collect payment and process the credit card transactions, and one additional staff member to oversee and assist any cashiering needs.

Solicitation gives our clients access to our extensive data base for their item procurement needs. We help the organization compose a results-oriented donation letter and then send that letter to our database of over 27,000 contacts worldwide.

These new services will allow The Gavel Group to help more non-profit organizations!
